EMI : EMI is one of the payment methods available on Bhalerao Enterprises's online web-store which allows you to pay for your orders in easy monthly installments. The payment method is only available for the customers using credit cards issued by HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, AXIS Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank credit card followed by SBI Bank, Deutsche Bank and Citibank which are under progress and shall be live shortly.

For any item which is priced at or over the EMI eligibility threshold of 5,000. During the checkout phase, if your purchase is eligible for EMI and if you have a credit card from any of the eligible banks mentioned above, you will also see the EMI options for each of your eligible cards on the 'Select a payment method' page just before you pay. The EMI option can be chosen while making a purchase from the mobile site or from Desktop site. 

A minimum purchase value of 5,000 is required to avail the EMI facility and the facility can be availed for tenures of 3, 6, 9 or 12 months. *Please note that this option is available only when the cart contains items from a single seller. There is NO processing fee charged for availing Bhalerao Enterprises's EMI payment option. On return or exchange, interest charged by the bank till that time will not be refunded by Bhalerao Enterprises.

We accept payments made by credit/ debit cards issued in India and 21 other countries.

Credit cards : We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards. To pay using your credit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date, three-digit CVV number (found on the backside of your card). After entering these details, you will be redirected to the bank's page for entering the online 3D Secure password.

Debit cards : We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard and Maestro debit cards. To pay using your debit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date (optional for Maestro cards), three-digit CVV number (optional for Maestro cards). You will then be redirected to your bank's secure page for entering your online password (issued by your bank) to complete the payment.

FAQ's

How do I make a payment using Bhalerao Enterprises's credit card EMI option ?

Once you've added the desired items into your cart, proceed to checkout as usual. Please note that the credit card EMI option is available only when the cart contains items from a single seller. When prompted to choose a 'Payment Option', select 'Credit Card (EMI)'. Choose the bank and plan (3, 6, 9 or 12-month) of your choice and enter your credit card details. Once the payment is authorized, your order will be processed and shipped. You will need to pay the total amount, in the pre-determined number of instalments, as per your credit card billing cycles. The minimum order value to avail the EMI payment option is ₹5,000. Please note that the full amount will be charged on your card the day of the transaction. Within 7 days, you will see a credit for the full amount. The first EMI charge will occur subsequently. If your card's billing date falls within those 7 working days, you need to pay only the EMI amount to the bank. Such EMI transactions are at the discretion of your credit card issuing bank. If you have any queries about the EMI plan, we suggest you get in touch with your bank.

Q. I have been charged full amount of the transaction.
A. At first full amount is charged and later converted in EMI normally within 7 working days. Please contact your card issuing bank in case 7 working days have passed and transaction has not been converted to EMIs.

Q. My issuing bank call center has no information on EMI conversion.
A. The issuing bank will receive EMI request after at least 3 working days of the transaction. Then status of transactions can be provided by issuing banks.

Q. The transaction amount has not converted into EMI in 7 working days.
A. Please contact your card issuing banks in-case 7 days have passed and transaction has not been converted in EMI. Conversion of transaction into EMI is at the sole discretion of card issuing bank and can also be rejected in unfortunate circumstances.

Q. My bill has been generated and full amount has been charged to me.
A. Please check transaction date and customer bill generation date, if the period is less than 7 working days then customer needs to speak to issuing bank to determine how much to pay. The bank might convert the EMI at a later date and change bill payment.

Q. Sum total of all EMIs is more than the transaction amount.
A. The issuing bank charges interest per EMI transaction. The interest rates are decided by the bank and are displayed at the time of completing the transaction.

Q. Bank has rejected EMI conversion.
A. Customer needs to pay full amount of the transaction to bank, since EMI facility is at sole discretion of the issuing bank. Or customer can refer to refund/return policy of the merchant.
